About Us

Founded by Neonatal Nurse, Nicole Sawyers, we specialize in developmental care products for NICU departments. NLK'S products were designed by a nurse for nurses and the preemies that neonatal nurses care for daily. The products offer many benefits to Neonatal Nurses including:

  • Offering several choices in positioning the preemie

  • Aiding in repositioning without using make-shift devices such as wash clothes or blankets

  • Decreasing alarms and repositioning time thanks to the increase in comfort NLK's products provide

  • Keeping the preemie well saturated since they are better positioned

  • Providing peace of mind knowing that the infant is properly positioned and calm

NLK offers a variety of products for the variety of NICU nurses and preemie needs that exist, such as the Nurture Rest. The FDA-Cleared recreates a more in-utero feel for preemies, providing “kangaroo care” in the incubator while keeping the infant’s head, neck, and spine aligned.

“I designed Nurture Rest for Neonatal Nurses and the preemies they care for daily. This aid recreates a more in-utero feel for preemies and also provides 'kangaroo care' in the incubator while keeping the head, neck, and spine aligned."
